Refund policy
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Each item is made to order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@sayitwithatea.com within 15 days of delivery. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
Refunds & Replacements
If you choose a replacement, we’ll send it out right away at no additional cost.
If you choose a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may appear sooner.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time, we recommend contacting your bank first. If you still need help, feel free to reach out to us at hello@sayitwithatea.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
